The time it takes for you to receive your order will depend on your location, the item(s) ordered, and the shipping method you select.
All shipments take place in two stages: processing and transit.
01. Processing
a. First, we must process your order and get it ready to be shipped.
b. We tell you each item's estimated processing time both on the product page and in the shopping cart next to the item.
02. Transit
a. After processing is complete, the transit time depends on the shipping method you select when you checkout.
b. Transit time for standard shipping typically takes 2 to 5 business days depending on the point of origin of the shipment and the destination point (transit time for standard shipping may take longer in remote areas or in the case that a package can't be delivered on the first attempt).
c. Our shipments go out Tuesday & Friday (excluding all national holidays).
d. Most items ship from our warehouse in NJ within 2 - 3 business day.
e. Once your order ships, you will receive an order tracking number to check on its progress.
f. If the item you order is out of stock or will be delayed, we will email you with an update on the status of your order.
g. If you order more than one item and we do not have all items available in stock, we will ship them separately at no extra cost to you. |
