	1.	How would I know that when is product reaching on my address ?
		If you are keeping track of your order through UPS, you would easily be able to know about the status of product and delivery schedule; please folllow this link to track your order: UPS tracking link. alternatively we provide information through email on status of your order with tentative time of delivery. Rest assured, we try to ensure that your order reach you at first attempt itself.

	2.	Can you leave the package at my door if no one is home?
		While mypoojamandir.com does not require a signature upon delivery, we are unable to relay specific delivery instructions to UPS, and thus, the decision is left to each UPS driver's discretion. To ensure your package is delivered on the first attempt, please keep track of our e mails and ensure that some one is available at given address for accepting the delivery.
