As far as our return policy is concerned: we're not satisfied until you are…within 7 days !
 

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please give feedback as mentioend above on why you are not satisfied we shall put our best efforts to provide you assistance on your queries. Still your unsatisfaction persist we can look in to taking the product back in if it is intact along with original packaging; before sending the product us you should contact us and provide images of original packaging & product.  

01. All returns must be in new condition and sent in the original shipping box and packaging, along with a copy of the original receipt or packing slip. .

02. Refunds can only be issued for the original merchandise price you paid-sorry, shipping & transportation (if any) fees are non-refundable.

 

 

We make it easy by guiding you through our online return process. 
 

01. Once your return package is ready, take it to your local UPS store, or nearest UPS drop-off
02. You are responsible for postage costs to ship the item(s) back to us. 

03. Please allow up to three week from the date we receive your package for your account to be credited. so don't be alarmed if you don't see the credit right away.

04. It is our policy to refund the cost of merchandise only. Original shipping charges, if applicable, are nonrefundable. We recommend that you insure your return package or send with delivery tracking and confirmation.
